Nina's Notes:
Serene's magnesium oil for the body is a 'mum essential'. Whether it's a sore lower back, tired arms, tension in the neck – there are so many ways that we can feel run down and that's often when random aches and pains crop up. Magnesium oil is known for its healing and restorative properties. I use mine before bed, or whenever I feel knots in my neck from working at my desk. I personally have felt the benefits upon waking.
Application
Shake product to blend oils and magnesium before use. Massage into skin. Use as a bath oil, or wear as a soft perfumed body oil.
