Shipping & Delivery

Once you have placed an order with The Mum Loop, we will endeavour to ship your parcel within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from Wellington, New Zealand.

NZ Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For any order under $150 that does not require a signature, we charge a flat rate of $7.50. 

When placing an order, please provide a physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We cannot send to PO boxes.

Please add a note at checkout if you have any delivery instructions, such as where to leave your parcel. This will automatically be added to the courier's shipping instructions.

We offer complimentary shipping to Australia on all orders over $250 – Standard tracked NZ Post

Process, Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been packaged, processed, and collected by the courier, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. During busy periods (promotions and Christmas), please allow 2-5 business days for dispatch. Delivery timeframes are an indication only. The Mum Loop will not be held accountable for delayed shipping, although we will always endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Please ensure the address entered is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to incorrect addresses. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame, let us know, and we will help you locate it.

The Mum Loop ships throughout New Zealand via trusted couriers and NZ Post & DHL Express for international orders. For international orders: please note the customer is responsible for any additional tax, duties or customs charges incurred. These charges vary depending on the country; we suggest contacting your local customs office for further information regarding import charges.

 

The Mum Loop gift cards

Online gift cards purchased through our website must be redeemed online via The Mum Loop website. Gift Vouchers will be emailed directly to the recipient. Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased using any discount code we may offer on products. Please get in touch with us if you wish to buy a denomination greater than what is available.

Lost or damaged items

If a package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within five days of dispatch confirmation. We will do everything we can to assist you.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • Customs or any other government agency seizes the item.
  • The item is sent to a country without a postal or courier service.
  • The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
  • The loss or damage occurs after delivery.
