Packed with quality protein, vitamin C, and antioxidants, it’s designed to support steady energy, hydration, and that fresh summer glow.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 peeled orange
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2-3 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp collagen (optional)
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- A big handful of ice
