Packed with quality protein, vitamin C, and antioxidants, it’s designed to support steady energy, hydration, and that fresh summer glow

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1/2 peeled orange 
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango 
  • 2-3 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp collagen (optional)
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • A big handful of ice

Directions

Blend until creamy and smooth. Enjoy! xx
