Jodi's profound understanding of embodied movement has developed over more than 20 years of experience in dance and Pilates. Her passion for movement led her to study somatic movement therapy, emphasising the deep connection between mind and body. Over the past six years, Jodi has focused on injury rehabilitation and prevention, where her curiosity has expanded into women's health. Jodi has found movement a vital tool for release, regulation, and support throughout her life. The benefits of embodied movement have helped her cultivate self-awareness, enhancing her understanding of her nervous system, hormonal health, and physical well-being. It is an honour for Jodi to guide and support other women in discovering this connection within themselves.

The Mum Loop Movement Series


Tailored specifically for postnatal women, this series bridges the gap between post-labour / pregnancy recovery and pre-pregnancy movement. The convenience of online sessions allows you to reconnect with movement from the comfort of your home. The series is designed to help you gradually return to the types of movement you enjoyed before pregnancy, whether that’s re-joining group classes, exploring running again, or simply moving with more confidence and embodied awareness. Regardless of your pregnancy experience, Jodi’s deep knowledge of Pilates and somatic movement will guide you in building a strong foundation that supports both your physical and emotional well-being, empowering your sense of self.

A 15-minute video or phone call via Zoom where Jodi will share a bit about herself and create a comfortable space for you to discuss your previous movement experience, specific goals, needs, and any past injuries. Jodi’s natural warmth and care will make you feel as though you’re having a conversation with a friend. After the call, you will receive a thoughtfully crafted three-class movement plan tailored to the details of your conversation.

This package includes three online 30 minutes or 1-hour Zoom sessions focused on your specific movement needs, nervous system goals, and overall well-being. If you choose, each session will be recorded. The recording will be sent to you on the same day for your convenience, allowing you to access your personalised movement class at any time.
